Ford 7.3 V8 engine
We have 7.3 V8 in our Bounder with 4000 miles on it started misfiring.Has anyone had this happen took it to ford dealer.We had not heard back from them yet.

- Misfires are either a failed spark plug wire or early stages of lifter failure.
- Ford will replace them. I replaced all 8 and that cured the problem. Call Ford customer service.
- Moved from Tech Issues to Tow Vehicles
- They had a bad run of spark plug wires too.
- Bad coil packs like other Fords
