Gone to diesel? Some questions for those that have.

Strange how that 30% lower rpm gives the average non gear head the impression that the engine is just loafing when it's actually straining like heal to push enough torque through O/D (torque reduction gears) to pull the load. Hit a big hill with the little pickup/car sized diesel towing 18k lbs and it'll be howling like a banshee as well to reach for the necessary horsepower to pull the hill. :B
