Wellll, right now the Excursion and Citation/Hensley are all hitched up ready to roll, so can't really do that for a while. We are heading out this afternoon for a weekend get-away trip, to a state park just down the road. Some good camping friends of ours ('JALCamper' on the forums here) are joining us there with their camper. We'll get to see yet more PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, of why the Hensley works so well. :)
Hmmm...wonder if I can convince the wife to drive, and let me sit in the very back of the Excursion? Then, as we're going down the road, I can open the back hatch, hold the video camera down toward the Hensley, and get a video of how it is pivoting? Maybe I can even do such when a semi blows by us, to illustrate that the trailer does NOT induce any pivoting when this happens. :B

Actually, I'm not sure we can prove this point completely, with any arrangement with the Hensley and cables pulling on the back of it, either. Too easy for such a proof to be refuted, saying that the cable would not be pulling in the same direction/way that a trailer would. Naah, we're gonna have to do something like I suggested, with hanging a weight from a model A frame, attached to a Hensley. Problem is, thats way too much effort (and $$), for anyone to do it. I do know if I tried to do such, DW would go ballistic, and would think I was a nut case, and need to get a life (and maybe she would be right..LOL!!)
Perhaps to prove the point we're trying to make, we could convince our friends at Hensley to do such an experiment? If they did and it proved the point we believe it will, such could go a long way in proving how truly amazing their product really is.
