Call me stubborn, but I'll guess there's a lot more moment pushing over the TT's axles (wheels mounted on casters) than when pushing on the hitch itself, or on the TT rails as shown in the video. And as Ron points out, it's not at all certain that the TT in this model is free to move either. The sideways resistance of the TT's wheels is critical in the performance of the hitch.
