Just hook it up and go. If you need sway on that little trailer behind a full size truck it’s either loaded wrong or you shouldn’t be towing trailers.

Ok thanks. Don’t have to get so snappy about it

I’m a snappy dresser!

Not snappy, just direct.
It’s a trailer. It’s a very small trailer for the size of the truck towing it.
And what you want or need for hitch accessories “should” be nothing. You’ve purchased the trailer. Which I’m presuming means you’ve towed it “home” or somewhere away from where you purchased it.
Did the truck sag too much or did the trailer sway too much?
By the numbers and every other type of trailer out there (save for the RV industry which relentlessly promotes these gadgets and uninformed consumers who buy them even when not needed) that trailer needs nothing other than pinning the hitch latch closed, hooking up the plug and safety chains and hitting the road….with full size tow vehicle of any flavor.
Putting a wdh or sway control on that little trailer behind a newer half ton is akin to putting training wheels on your bicycle even though you can ride a bicycle. Entirely useless unless you actually need them. In which case you should consider a tricycle.
on the contrary, if it does sway (and you actually know the difference between SWAY and how trailers wiggle a bit and can feel them back there), sway control is not the answer, it’s just a poorly applied band-aid.
