I would love to see what the range of a EV pickup towing would be. I would love to tow a variety of trailers, and include hay or grain wagons. Would be interesting to track. And yes, I hope to travel 750 miles in a day (distance between home and my daughter). I do not want to spend 2 days driving each way.
The EV is not for everyone at this time - we definitely have infrastructure issues to resolve. However, I currently enjoy saving with my Bolt at the price of unleaded.Dadoffourgirls wrote:

You are incorrect on the number of GMC Hummer EV Pickups on the road. There may not have been the first customer deliveries (those come in December), but there are many on the streets.
Officially, I believe that there was a photo of Joe driving one, and at least two in the background. Therefore, there are more than 50% known Hummer EV Pickups than CT. (Besides all the one's running around in Metro Detroit).
I suppose you believe that there are no F150 Lightening. (Another OEM that has built electric pickup) I have photos of one from the Costco parking lot last weekend.
When do you think Tusk will invite Joe to that plant in Texas to drive one of the manufactured trucks? It would have to be after they build one - if Joe is still the commander.
Looks like actual hummer production starts in a couple weeks. From what I gather its the midline. The high line to follow in spring. They’ll sell em as fast as they can make them. Already let my buddy at the GM dealer to let us know when one comes in, just to see it up close and personal.
I know there are bunches of F150 lightnings out there. You tube has videos of 6 at a time showing up at CCS stations.
CT is going to be the last to dinner. Still like it, wife loves it. We have one on order...but still don’t think it will fit in the driveway. And sure as heck won’t fit in the garage. :).Dadoffourgirls wrote:

Sitting on 2,000+ acres just outside of Austin, this new facility will be Tesla's largest factory in the world and their new global HQ. Initially, production will begin in late 2021/early 2022 with the Model Y, then the introduction of the Cybertruck shortly thereafter. With both vehicle and battery production on site, this is the sustainable car factory of the future! Also Austin is set to become America's next boom town!
