The money is only going to the big three GM, Ford and Chrysler since they have the UAW. Tesla uses their own money.

Putting those 2 links together - now it makes sense.... I believe KOA has (or is trying to) figure out a way to use the stimulus money and get some for their parks. Adding EV stations, now they can get some of that money. Probably improve their power in general.- I forget, did the government also build all the diesel and gas truck stops and gas stations? - And seeing charging stations in West coast state and county parks and campgrounds too.
Should also happen with national park and forest campgrounds with the administration's build back better plans.
