Good morning. Keep in mind that with a Tesla one can charge at any public DC fast charger as well. The map gets a little more crowded then. But yah, I’m sure there are still places that don’t have great coverage.

I’ll presume by your wording that you have a “typical” truck camper currently.
Which you somehow believe will actually work/fit in a cybertruck bed.
But you “may” get a more streamlined one?
Like what? (And you can’t say cyber tuck camper, even though that abomination is the only thing that will fit).
PS, I hope that giga press makes some hellaciously stiff chassis’s. Because a large high cog load will tear a 1 piece body like that to shreds.

Since I know Northern WI like the back of my hand, I’ll pick Wausau to Duluth. It’s over 200 mi, most direct route. And that route doesn’t even come anywhere near a destination charger much less a public charger or supercharger.
But who’s counting….
You should def hold out for the extended range Tesla superC! lol. The regular one will leave you stranded somewhere near my place. - Grit_dogNavigator III

I have a place right there if you draw a line between Hayward and Eagle River WI. Bout in the middle.
That map tells me, I’d have to drive about 70 miles min in any direction to find a public charger. And only destination chargers within 100miles.
It’s ok. Folks in that part of the country are country folk. They’ll be just fine with gas stations.

Payload? Totally different than combined. The tractor will need to be similar weight to existing tractors of same configuration. Nothing suggests they will be grossly different, including what looks like typical 20k steers and 40-44k drives.
PS nothing limits weight to 80k except number of axles. Basically that number signifies it will have a normal combined rating and not a heavy hauler. - Grit_dogNavigator III

Have you upgraded your Cybertruck reservation for dual motor?
I already did mine awhile ago.
Holding off on F150 Lightning with the report of poor towing performance where the 300 miles went down to 78 miles with a tow.
I cancelled my Cybertruck order and will be putting a $100 deposit on this since I still have my big 8.1 3500 van and my wife has a Honda Fit. I also have two E bikes that I use often.

And how is that even remotely comparable to what we all think the Cybertuck will be?
Aside from they both have wheels and are ugly.
