I would add this picture to the main post but the website won't allow me to edit the post, so here is a preview as the first and only comment. I guess there are few.6.0 liter owners or.the topic just isn't interesting.
I will be installing the Mishimoto degas bottle tomorrow, then give a drive test. Hopefully the greater volume will provide the additional expansion volume to end the coolant purges.

I applaud your videography skills, super cool, but **bleep**…
Pretty $cary looking especially considering it’s not bulletproofed (studded).
Hope for the best for you but that’s a lot of pressure variation despite your optimistic outlookIf you plan on keeping this thing, I’d check for combustion gasses and do the glove test first
You’re too far into this truck now to deny the issues and head studs are cheaper now compared to after the heads liftoff.
Remember, you’re not even working it in the video. Driving miss Daisy at sea level on a flat road in cool temperatures with no big load on it. My 1974 Jeep with the original radiator can handle that without breaking a sweat, or popping the 25+ year old radiator cap. And that’s flat out top speed white knuckles in that thing.
I know I’m being a bit sarcastic but especially after everything you’ve done to keep it cool, it’s cool but it ain’t happy in that video!I hope you’re right and I’m wrong, but the reason they make aftermarket degas bottles for 6 leakers ain’t because Ford used cheaper plastic than everyone else.

The 06 07 have the larger 20mm bolts so less susceptible to the head and gasket issues. If there was a head gasket issue I'd see gradual exhaust suit buildup in the coolant, that hasn't happened. Two theories are the heater hose supplies more coolant output than the 1" return line can take in and so coolant backs up into the degas bottle and blows. Another thought is the truck has been serviced by a Portland dealership many times over the years. Perhaps a rag or some item was left blocking a passage. It would not be the first time. The purging does seem more temperature related. Watchi g the pressure gauge, it really doesn't change much but the temperature does.
It's a very low mileage engine, 90k, and very clean inside. When I replaced an injector pulling the left side apart, it was one of the cleanest engines I'd ever seen. Love the truck, it does a fantastic job carrying the TC and is super comfortable to drive. If I have to, I'll install a set of KD ICON heads and inspect the internals. I could put another $30k into this truck and still have it for less than a new F550 without all the def dpf and electronic monitoring on it. It's a few days job I can do so no problem.
Whatever is going on in the engine, it will eventually be figured out and then I'll share the cure with people and they will benefit.

I would buy a tester and check for exhaust in the antifreeze just to be safe. its cheep and takes a few minuits. if you lived up here I could bring mine over, you just pour some fluid in the tube, put it on the rad cap opening and run it for a bit and see if the fluid changes color.
if your thinking of putting another 30K into it, at this point get a 6.7 PS and drop it in there for about 1/3rd that and it will get rid of all the issues 🤣
