I made a detailed reply and it just vanished when I clicked to post. Nothing I enjoy more than a reliable website!
In short, I installed the Mishimoto degas bottle, not going to bother again telling how I found it is actually smaller than OEM in volume, details might make it not post again.
Not going to mention how replumbing with larger pipe is probably the biggest contributor to the success. I'm now enjoying.
So yes, Problem seems to be solved but if I mention details, the post might disappear.
I tried hard to force a coolant purge and it didn't happen, temperature never crossed 192.
Oil 202.

I think the reply you "lost" is in the TC forum.
Did you have the camper on board during your road testing?
I did have the TC on. It Lives on the F-550. I'll take a look at the orher forum. I was posting it as a reply to myself on the opening post that the problem is now resolved and how I did it.
I did post a now installation video with a section of road testing showing the heating and gassing is mow under control and I could not make the engine purge coolant. I didn't even need to turn on the engine fan switch.
