Man, Disney does know how to do things. Is there a Disney RV park in Anaheim? Lots of cool rigs on here for sure.
Tgreening, is the bike rack mounted on the pin box? Details if possible please.

Yes they are a bit pricey but I look at it like this. The sites are top notch, and always clean. The campground itself, while pretty large at 740+ plus RV sites, never feels cramped due to it's design. The landscaping is outstanding, facilities modern and uber clean, people friendly, and an overall extremely relaxing place to stay. The pools are clean, fun for the kids, and well attended in a very professional manner. Pay attention and you can see armadillos, deer, and this last trip I saw a boat load of wild turkey. The look on my dogs face the first time he saw a 'dillo was priceless.
Plus every night you get your very own light parade on the lake, and fireworks show. You can take a free ferry across the lake to the theme park to get an even better view of the fireworks, and never have to set foot in the park if you don't want to. The only downside I've noticed is you can't have a campfire, unless you bring your own free-standing pit and it has to have a cover. I understand the concern, but still kind of a bummer.
The KOA outside Niagara Falls/CA has prices on a par with Disney, and I seriously doubt it's anywhere near the experience. I've looked into the Jellystone Parks and from what I can tell, breathing their air is probably an additional upcharge.
I would LOVE to hear of another park in a different part of the country that offers the same experience. Seriously. The bike carrier is something I slapped together at the last minute before a trip a couple yrs ago. The carrier itself is an off the shelf model, the maker/model of which I don't recall. It's your basic receiver mount.
The mount is a piece of rectangular plate welded to the pin box. A couple of triangular shaped plates are welded to that and stick up vertically. I slipped a 2" receiver between those and welded it in.
I trimmed the pin box cover to slip over the mount trying to maintain that factory look because I think exposed pin boxes are butt ugly.
The bike rack mounts/dismounts in the usual fashion so I don't have to haul it all the time, but it does fold up vertical when not holding bikes.
My biggest complaint on this particular rack is it's like a frickin Chinese puzzle getting four bikes mounted on it. Everything has to line up right, and I mean EVERYthing. Pedals, seats, handle bars, etc. If they don't go together just right it just doesn't work, and they have to go together in a certain order as well. Many curse words have been uttered when loading. Of course I completely forget the process between each and every season. The upside is it holds everything very securely and there is no flopping around, though to be fair it's not all that bouncy up there anyway.
Since I have welders, saws, grinders and crap, the biggest expense was the bike rack itself. It sure beats the snot out of carrying them in the garage. Not bad by themselves, but when the golf cart is in there, along with other stuff the DW likes to bring, it can get kind of tight.
