If they sold 50 a month (which is an outlandishly high number) that would be 95,000.00. That's a drop in the bucket towards overhead for these multi million dollar mega dealerships.

They made $900.00 on mine.. $1900 holdback minus the $1000 under.. (plus the $3000 in rebates). I received a copy of the factory invoice. Now that's not to say there wasn't some kind of other factory incentive I'm not aware of like advertizing or something else, but I was really good with the deal. I think there might have been another $75.00 doc fees that I chose not to argue over. I register in SD, so I didn't pay sales tax in Washington where I bought it. I also paid cash so there was not a financing deal or trade in... I think my $65,575.00 truck was about 52K after rebates.
