It probably hasn't seen 65mph very often. I can call the local dealer who's done the oil changes and get that info. Tires are Michelin's but look pretty worn. He's asking $6500 for it as is. I'm thinking no. He seemed surprised at my asking about service and readily admitted all he'd ever done was oil changes and had a few windows fixed when they wouldn't go up.
