06 Gulfstream Cavalier FEMA trailer

I just bought a FEMA trailer and was wondering has anyone replaced any roof sheathing? I am getting ready to take one apart at the rear, over the shower. I also noticed the roofing material appears cut a little short at the back. Any comments/help?

    Heavy EPDMI am getting ready to replace the roof sheathing. It has 1/4 luan
    . Before applying the heavy 90 mil EPDM has anyone put down 7/16 OSB?

    Also look on the sidesof roof up by the ac i have seen a bunch with no wood about 4 inches from the edge.make sure ac gaskt i tight most are not.check the inlet fitting inside the wall i have come accross alot of them loose a has drip leak.the edges on eaitherside of front cap thats a few things pm me if you want more info on them
