-I am selling mine to upgrade. It has everything ac,furnice,potty ,shower,12 ft awning,2 king beds with 4in mattress plus....also a 25 gal grey water tank and trailer brakes whats a reasonable starting price?

According to NADA guides, you are looking at about $4,000 to $5,000 depending on condition.Coachmen M-1270ST ClassicIt's a place to start.  I'm not sure that it's reasonable.

Good Luck with that sale. My BIL almost had to give his away. Since the Clippers were the entry level PuP, they are hard to sell for book value.
