Not sure why you call it a "slow shifting" transmission??? I can floor it and it hits 3K or very close to it gear after gear. Nice n solid!!! NO slop.
Aisin runs like a built auto? Bahahaha! Obviously you never ran custom tuned built 68RFE, 6R140, or Allison 1000 with a built low stall speed converter because none of the Aisin trucks that my company owns drives like one. There is a noticeable slow almost pause in their shifts in comparison to a 68RFE which is more pronounces at wide open throttle. I never said the trans is not solid or that there is slop in its shifting. I am just saying that it is slow to shift from one gear to the next and it is at times in the wrong gear for the situation.
I know you hate hearing that something you own is not the best thing since Betty White, but its true and every judge at PUTC and even TFL has stated so.
