In terms of over/under trucked, these tests tell us little.
It's nothing special to have a 1/2 ton with 350hp that would blow away the top diesel dually of 20-25yrs ago in terms of pulling power and acceleration. All newer trucks are just crazy powerful in relation to a short while back.
It's usually the suspension capability that differentiates if you are over/under trucked for towing not the drive train.
