"10 Ram 2500 diesel owners
Thinking about purchasing a "10 Ram . What is your opinion about this vehicle ? Is this the year they started using DEF ? Will use it to tow a 5th wheel .

As has been stated, no DEF and the older style frame. Be aware that pre DEF 6.7 Cummins has a lower MPG than the DEF versions... usually 2-3 MPG worse. Lower HP and torque than a newer model as well. For the right price its a great truck, but don't overpay because of the Cummins name...
