10% TW to 13% TW...did not seem to make any difference

Describe what "ride still stunk" feels like in the truck. Try and be specific.

Odds "may" be more that the WD setup on the truck and tires pressure may have more affect the lower TW.

What are you using for a guide to declare proper WD on the F250?

Does your truck have overload springs in the back (helper springs)?
