Is the blue a typo? Suppose to be "with" in place of without.
Good info but what does the truck feel like inside?
If you can describe the towing conditions during the event and what it feels like inside we may be able to help point you in a better direction.
I have worked through several issues with ride, but each had a different feeling for the cause.
