10% TW to 13% TW...did not seem to make any difference

Yes, what is the issue? But I believe this is a mute point now as they replaced with the Hensley and are happy correct?

On a side note. Although you have adjusted to the Ford specs, have you tried one more and one less on the WD links. Mine will show a noticeable difference doing this with minimal changes in the measurements.
