10% TW to 13% TW...did not seem to make any difference

Quite familiar with I-10. The problem is not tongue weight or suspension but the road. It is of short slab concrete construction used in the 1960s and the slabs have become tilted due to overloading and foundation failure. Depending on the distance between the wheels of the TV and TT in relation to the slab length the effect can be a moderate to very bad bounce.
