10% TW to 13% TW...did not seem to make any difference

Did not mean to imply that hensley told me that the hardware added to the trailer does not add to the TW for towing calculations...

just that the 1400 pound TW rating and 14000 overall Trailer weight rating rating for the hensley is for a the trailer before the addition of the Hensley hardware...
