The U-Haul place in Bowling Green, KY checks! Took my grill tank in and the young (college aged) girl searched all over for the date. Tank looked like new; I'd always kept it inside the grill enclosure, covered and under a patio cover....no rust, etc. Told me it was out of date and couldn't refill it. Took it to Lowe's and traded on a beat up Blue Rhino.
