I tried to use my merchandise certificate online for a product. It wouldn't take it. I gathered from other posts, that I actually have to drive to the store, which I did.

The same product, currently offered for $30 online, I got charged $40 for at the store, no member discount applied and only offset by the $25 merchandise certificate.

Yeah, I get it. Online prices vs in-store prices. That is utter BS and the same BS which caused me to stop shopping at Cabela's. I will no longer shop at CW either.

One might say Amazon is gonna take you down, but no, I think your very own arbitrarily confusing pricing strategies will be your demise.

I placed an order today, tried to use the coupon, called, and they asked me to simply send it in with the order # for a $10 refund. It's then I realized I've done that once more in the past. And got free shipping on my items. Honestly, I'm a (no pun intended) happy camper...

There are no qualifying items.I ordered 2 roof vents last week and they had free shipping,now if I go in and try to order the same thing it pops up and says I need to spend 39 dollars.What this boils down to is the fact that you have changed the rules in the middle of the road even though your publications still say free shipping every day.

Thank you for contacting Good Sam. The free shipping promotion is for qualifying items only. Restrictions include freight items, custom orders and express delivery. Good Sam members and non-members pay for flat rate shipping.

and to top it off they have taken away the free shipping unless you now spend 39 dollars,i am pretty sure my shopping at Camping World is over

Hmmmmm. I have to use my certificate (if it ever arrives), so I guess I"m going to CW. It will be the only purchase I make there as the prices are simply not competitive unless you apply a compensating discount.
