10 year rule for PP tank certification delayed
Looks like the 10 year rule may not happen after all. At least if has been delayed.

Any propane fill station I've used here in Ontario has checked tank certification date carefully, as the law requires. Had the choice this past spring to give up my expired 5 lb tank or get it re-certified so I gave it up. As long as the tank doesnt appear rusted out the guys that I have watched just hook them up and turn on the pump.
