Guess every truck I've had from the big 3 in the last 20 years, been about 25 of them has been a poor fuel mileage anomaly, cause every gasser from 4.6 to 6.2 L has averaged 11-15mpg and every diesel 16-18mpg.......
All vehicles are different, but all drivers are different too. I typically get at least 2-3 MPG better than my wife in the same vehicle in our normal around town driving just because I do certain things to avoid excessive fuel usage. She's a good driver and knows the same tricks, but doesn't care enough to bother with them. In some ways, I envy her.
