100K mile Duramax
Well the Burb is sold and I'm looking at trucks. Most of the Duramaxs' that are in my price range are 70-100K mile range. 2006-2007. Any known issues? I really haven't read anything serious online. ...

I was so lucky that when I mentioned to my wife that Chev was having 0% for 5 years on a new Duramax that she said go get it! That was 6 years ago and now I have a 2007 with 35,000 miles paid off! It was the last year without the emissions crap. In my opinion, 2006/2007 were the best years. I do have low miles but 90% of those miles have been towing my 29ft toy hauler loaded with at least a golf cart if not sxs. Mileage is not spectacular, 19 empty, 11 towing. If the price were right, I would have no quams buying this truck with 100k on the clock.
