1121 Lance Tip Out Sag, starting the job
Beginning extensive repair job on 02 Lance 1121. Water appears to have entered tip out gaskets as water marks are showing on deck below tip out tracks.

Water tested bottom gasket flange of tip out gasket and found leak at joint 8" in from front corner.Refrigerator drain area shows no water marks or damage to framing that bolts thru decking.
