Well sandy, that looks all too familiar to me. I just spent the winter replacing the rear skirts on my 1121. You've got an even bigger job ahead, I'm afraid.
You will more than likely see this when you take the wing structure apart under the slide tracks, but you need to take a look at the fridge drain and make sure that when you finish, the tube hangs out a few inches like this.

This is a picture I took while I was working on mine, so the receptacle cover is off, and the vinyl covering on the underside of the wing has been peeled off. That white area around the fridge drain tube is a patch I had to make a few years back when I found that the lauan plywood around the tube was rotting because the fridge condensate was leaking into the wing. The problem is the plastic bug-screen cap on the end of the tube. It's not sealed to the end of the drain tube, so water leaks around it and gets into the wing structure. After patching it, I pulled the tube out a few inches where it wouldn't matter if it leaked around the cap or not.
If your drain tube does NOT look like the one in the picture, you need to fix that, or you'll be repairing the wing again.
Best of luck with your rebuild.
