1121 Lance Tip Out Sag, starting the job
Beginning extensive repair job on 02 Lance 1121. Water appears to have entered tip out gaskets as water marks are showing on deck below tip out tracks.

Water marks under tip out showing large amounts of water collecting over long periods of time causing all this damage. This occurs at front (forward passenger) and back ( rear above wing rot) of tip out opening.
