1121 Lance Tip Out Sag, starting the job
Beginning extensive repair job on 02 Lance 1121. Water appears to have entered tip out gaskets as water marks are showing on deck below tip out tracks.

This aluminum flange I believe is the problem. It is built like a "pan" to trap water. There are no weep holes to move water outside the camper. I know the joint at the screwdriver
Tip leaks. The exterior joint of the corner flange ( the bottom flange slides into the vertical ) was not water tight. This may explain why leaking occurred at front and back corners of tip out slide. Like a window sill should it be on an angle to shed water? The rubber gasket on exterior of flange was set higher allowing water to trough.
