1121 Lance Tip Out Sag, starting the job
Beginning extensive repair job on 02 Lance 1121. Water appears to have entered tip out gaskets as water marks are showing on deck below tip out tracks.

Water test reveled the entry point was top front corner of tip out gasket which ran down center of side channel and into joint as pictured previously .
Pictured here is a steel channel bolted to existing angle iron. Wood inlay shown counter sunk which was also through bolted.
