We've bought three trailers from Vogt (the higher priced dealer) over the past 20 years, and were able to negotiate down to a normal level.
Right now, they're listing MSRP because of their location and they're one of the few Jayco dealers in the MetroMess. Given the market, they'll probably get someone willing to pay that thinking it's still a good deal if it means getting a vacation in this year or being able to homeschool & telework from somewhere other than home.
Can't wait to see what the used market looks like in January when all those people who bought trailers because they couldn't take a cruise start to realize that trailer and storage payments don't go away.
