Looks like you have what is working well for you and your adventures. While solar does not meet the needs for many, they certainly do for you and me.
With anything considered and caution should be made when using these type of solar panels/rolls as there are downsides for these type of solar panels. 2 different parties that I know opted for this type of solar and after a year's use have discontinued their use, opting to return to the standard glass surfaced panels. I certainly will look forward to your long term Field Testing of your solar system and see how they work for you.
Also for the size of AmpH and use of 4 awg cables you should consider using a larger cable size, as well as appropriate cable size from battery bank and inverter, including Catastrophic Fusing, as well as fusing for/from battery bank to Charge Controller. (You might have done this but was not stated) I am also interested in what you have done to use the 45 amp Charge controller to clip the solar as it seems you have solar(watts) the battery bank (AmpH) greater than your Charge Controller. Are you running 24v or 48v?
Also, with your 1,450 AmpH of batteries and 540 watts of solar, you are severely unbalanced in the ability to maintain the SoC of your batteries. While the bank is probably only used for short term periods and the down time of being unused makes up for this. As you don't have enough solar to maintain your battery bank consistently during adverse event periods. But for short term use, it would be perfect.
I would also be interested in the weight of your battery bank and how, where you managed this with locating this approximately 900 lbs. of batteries in your trailer and secured them. Any pics?

I have that charge controller also , very nice set up
That tri star will handle 600 watts of pv
He said 6 bats in camper , 4 in trailer , not 900lbs in trailer
Assuming he has pv on camper roof also , not un balanced at all
