okan-star, you are absolutely right. I see now that the OP is actually using the batteries as two separate battery banks and connecting the bank in the trailer via Anderson Connectors. My mistake. Still an excellent set up. Curious where the 6 batteries are in the Truck Camper, or maybe they are in the truck bed wheel well space. Which would be a good location too. Still would have some catastrophic Fuses installed.
I agree with you on the Morningstar 45a MPPT. Excellent charge controller and use it, as well.
