I don't recognise that model of Waeco. I have a Waeco CR140 - 140 litres. Works very well. We've used it from -10c to +40c, but that said I don't know what the difference between a 'CR' model and the one you are talking about is.
It gets cold fast, maintains temperature, isn't too noisy. However I wouldn't boondock with one without solar panels. The CR140 takes both 12v DC and 110v or 240v AC input, and will automatically switch over once it sees shore power is available, but of course there is no option for running from LPG. It will also run happily at up to 30 degrees from flat and had no problem being shaken by corrugated African roads.
