My fuse panel looks to be identical to yours and every one of my fuses was loose in the holder. If your fuses wiggle loosely, remove the fuse and slightly crimp the socket to firmly grasp the fuse. You can find the culprit by looking at the fuse pins. The loose intermittent one(s) will have a small round black spot on the fuse blade showing where it arced. What you want to see is a longer scrape mark on the fuse blades from being pushed into place. Every one of mine needed tightening, even those still making contact. Your problem will likely return unless you have tightened the fuse sockets.
