That '81 Prowler is too old to have any of the modern stuff you guys are used to.
There is no 12 light inside the refrigerator and it does not have a control board.
There are two thermostats, both mechanical.
One is a simple bi-metal strip that controls the electric heating element.
The other is a mechanical analog control which adjusts the flame height.
For lighting the propane, there is a small knob connected to a shaft, the other end of which has a "spark wheel" (think Zippo lighter) attached to it. This spark wheel is in contact with a spring loaded Zippo lighter flint; flick the knob get a spark and light the burner.
There is also the usual "press and hold button" used when lighting the burner.
A Lexan light pipe allows you to see the the burner flame.
That trailer has neither CO/Propane or smoke detectors.
12Volts is NOT REQUIRED to operate ANY of the systems in that trailer except for the water pump, a few lights and the break-away brakes.
