There was 3 adults, 4 kids and cargo at 1000#. I tried to keep the freshwater tank at 10gal while towing. I have 2 30# propane tanks and 2 group 24 batteries on the hitch. I'd say the Burb towed extremely well even thru the mountain passes with 5, 6, 8, and 10% grades. The 10% grades thru Teton Pass were exhilarating to say the least. There were 25mph curves mixed in going downhill. I'm thankful for heavy duty brakes and tranny to keep things uneventful. Of all the places I visited, I can't wait to see Glacier again!
