600lbs tongue weight with a 4400lb hybrid? Oh boy. I was thinking this quad bunkhouse would be around 650 or 700lbs. I might be severely underestimating the tongue weight on this thing, which would explain why it squats down the Denali so much.
Either way, I think I've decided I'm going to purchase the 2004 8.1 that I've been looking at. It seems like way more than I need, but it will be nice to just tell the wife to load whatever she wants and not have to worry about it. And with seating for 9, and 7 beds in the camper, kids can bring friends without any of us getting too crowded at all.
Quick question for everyone. Anybody know a way to tell if this Suburban is an LS or LT? It's got power seats, power windows, dual climate control, etc, so I'm thinking LT. Just curious if there's a way to find out via the VIN or something?
