OP back here again. I'm pretty sure this is the LS version and that's ok. I've decided to go ahead and take a leap of faith with this car and will be purchasing it. It's in another state so I've done my homework as much as I can and requested tons of pictures of it. Even got them to throw in a 30 day warranty so if something is wrong with it, I'll know as soon as I see it. They are paying for the transport of it, and my trade which they are taking sight unseen too, so I feel myself and dealer have equal shares of risk.
Needless to say, I'm nervous as I've never done this. But since the deal is costing me about what a roundtrip airline ticket to go see a car and then NOT buy it and fly home, I figure my risk overall is pretty low.
Thanks for all the good information over the past week or so. It seems soon I will be part of the 3/4 ton Suburban crowd.....
