Our 18ft had a queen across the back, with a gaucho type bed above. It was a 1959 Field and Stream custom built for the owner of the company.
Toilet room/shower(wet room) was next with a closet opposite.
Kitchen are and then up front was the dinette converts to bed with another gaucho bed above.
Very cozy... the only place to sit was at the dinette or queen bed. Not comfortable for long periods of time.
I would choose a floorplan where the beds had to be made up each night...this provides more flexible seating areas. Maybe a toyhauler where the garage area with drop down beds could be used as a living room in daytime and a sleeping area at night.
