If you are going to buy new HD rims, then I would only consider 19.5 wheels and tires. You can exceed 4000# without getting oversized tires that will change your speedometer, gearing and AT shifting. You can stay at or near the original diameter specs. The tires will also wear very well with a good safety margin. Another advantage is the more vertical profile which helps avoid sidewall damage when driving off road.
If you already bought some fashionable aluminum wheels, I would be absolutely careful about the load rating. Many wheels are designed for looks and have relatively low load ratings.
