When I went through the same exercise and analysis, I assumed that the stock rims are rated for at LEAST the LI of the tires that came on the truck from the factory. I had steel rims (not aluminum or any upgraded options.)
When I did the calcs, I was over 150# on the rear (75# per wheel over) and I was OK with that, further assuming that there was a factor of extra capacity of the steel wheels even if no published rating was available. Again, assuming the wheels were capable of at least the factory tires wrapped around them.
I went up one size on the tires and increased the LI from 121 to 126 so I had no concerns on tire capacity. This was on 17" rims, but perhaps the analogy may assist for similar in this 18" situation.
