I always extract the rocks from our Duratrac tires on exiting gravel roads (we live on a gravel road; I use needle-nosed pliers), because if those things hit the under-wheel wells, they will take the paint right off as effectively as a pellet gun. Or, go through someone's windshield...:E

I've had way more aggressive tires than there but forgot about the rocks.
It wont be long and I wont have any paint left in my wheel wells. Except the front ones, they're plastic.
