Watch out for the balancing job. Most tire shops "balance" 19.5s by pouring that "Equal" balancing sand garbage into them and calling it done. Equal's own sales pitch focuses on how much quicker it is than real spin balancing.
At least around here (Seattle area) you need to take it to a big-truck tire shop to get a real balance job done. Even tire shops like Les Schwab that sell and install 19.5 and 22.5 - 24.5 don't have the ability to properly balance them. I had a lot of vibrating 19.5 problems that Schwab simply couldn't fix, but a real truck shop took care of.
So: don't just ask them to balance your tires, ask HOW they're gonna "balance" them. Look for balancing weights on the rims when they're done. They will give you their salesman BS that the powder stuff works great, but they really only love that stuff because it's quicker and easier for them, and/or they haven't got the right balancer.
The sand stuff also gets into your valve stems.
