I put 19.5's on my 2500 Silverado to carry my 830. There is a world of difference loaded. Also, empty, the ride is not that bad. It is a little harsher than with the stock tires on it, but not really any different than leaving my stable loads engaged all the time. Take them out of the spring (adjustable ones) and the ride is pretty close to the stock ride. Will keep the 19.5 tires and rims from now on. Am running 225/70's because of the small front wheel well on the Silvedrado.
