Looks very familiar, mine leaked in all the same places. I'd suggest to think about replacing the old jalousie windows with better windows. I replaced some of mine with residential Low-E sliders. It is a great improvement. Check out the restoration thread in my signature line, "the Cowboy/Hilton". It might give you an idea or two.
