I have wanted to do this as well. Always figured I have to make room in the big garage to do what you are sitting on the concrete outside. When you are done you will know for sure that everything is new and solid. Don't forget the wiring - great time to upgrade all of that for larger battery capacity and systems. I would make room for at least four batteries... Also a good time to add communication and entertainment cables as well when the walls are all opened up.
Then there will be some campgrounds that won't let you camp there with their ten-year old policy. Everyone likes to have all these rules. Just tell them its a 2015 model after Restoration... I wouldn't want to camp at those place anyway...
I'd rather be sitting on a creek side somewhere back off the power grid listening to the bubbling brooks...
